"Big, tasty portions of food, warm staff and atmosphere. We ate very happily babgulyás and gipsy pork neck. Would definitely come again and would recommend the place for anyone enjoying traditional food."

"If you’re visiting Oradea, I promise you that this has the be the first place you eat! Please! The food is absolutely delicious and freshly cooked, I had the pork cutlet with French fries and even the fries were freshly made, you can tell. The atmosphere is quite beautiful, they have a very nice theme going on. And lastly, the service was spectacular. Our server, Cecilia spoke both Romanian and Hungarian and was very catering to us, even with us showing up relatively close to closing time. This is an 11/10 place. I’m coming back for the rest of the week I’m staying here for more. I’ve also heard their soup is delicious, so that’s next. Please do yourself the favor and try this food! Amazing, huge thank you to the staff!!!"

"We served Haiduceasca stew, which was very tasty. The prices are accesibile, not high at all. The only thing that we did not like (sort of) was the music(house, pop etc) that did not match the decorations(traditional decor) in any way. The serving was great, the waitress was very fast and kind. If we'll ever come back to Oradea, we're definetly return to Taverna."

"We had the gulas and the fruit soup and they were both amazing. The service was quick. Great prices (way cheaper than similar restaurants in the city centre). We also loved the design of the place and the atmosphere. Best place to eat in Oradea imo."

"If I could u would give 10 stars. Tasty food, huge portions, lovely and very professional stuff. Amazing view on the terrace which is outside on the side road and believe me, even if the cars are going near by this place has a soul. I recommend gulas soup and papanadi with Nutella and salted caramel. Food porn."
